What is it like being in a sacred place? I’ve been to Notre
Dame in Paris, France and there are so many things that I felt there. I’m not sure
whether it is universally considered a sacred place, but it sure does feel like
one. The quiet almost felt heavy, making me feel like I needed to whisper
constantly. I could just kind of feel the holiness of the place. The atmosphere
just really encouraged me to prayer and it felt like a much deeper connection
with God then can be found just anywhere.
