Jake Andrich- "Incarnation" (The Phenomenology of Prayer)

     In The Phenomenology of Prayer, incarnation is brought up.  It is mentioned that "the most striking example of incarnation is, of course, that of Christ...incarnation involves the notion of kenosis, that is, of God in Christ emptying himself and taking on the form of a slave."  This moment is very important to millions of Christians, proving how important incarnation is.  It is always looked at as a huge moment in time and will never be forgotten.
