I spend a week or more per year in Maine. My grandmother has lived there for most of her life and we always go up to visit. Maine has always felt a little bit like home to me with all the wildness and trees. I go hiking in the Rockland and Camden Maine area every single year; it is so beautiful up there.
The blueberries on top of the mountains are a favorite of my family. Every hike we take about and hour on top of which ever mountain we decide to hike that day and sit down to have our little snack of blueberries. It's my families ritual and it makes us feel closer to each other and to nature.
