12 Grimmauld Place, only visible to the eyes of those who know it exist. Even this concept was new to Harry Potter but after all the situations he has been through, he just begins to accept things without asking. This house/apartment belonged to his god-father Sirius Black. After Harry found out Sirius was innocent and began to trust in him, Sirius invited Harry to spend the summer there with him after he got out of school that year. Unfortunately, Sirius was killed in a battle and Harry lost his last family member.
Harry, however, returns to the home as a place of refuge, a place he finds safe, and a place where he finds answers. To him, 12 Grimmauld Place is a sacred place. The home is full of stories, some literally written on the walls, but others that have to be passed down by the residents of the home. Harry rarely feels safe during the books but this was one of the few places, showing Harry's view on it, the sacredness that he assigned to the home was never directly mentioned but was easily picked up on by an insightful reader.
