Collin Wilber - Turner #1
What is liminality? Liminality is the temporary state during a rite of passage when the participants lacks social status or rank, and is required to follow certain specified codes of conduct and is expected to show obedience and humility. Being liminal is essentially acting in a specific way for lack of a better term "correctly" just out of the simple want to do the right things. There is so sense of feeling that you have to act a certain way because of the person that you are or who you want to be. Liminality tests a person's true character.
