Drew Carpenter - Phenomenology of Prayer 2

In high school I would frequently see other students being made fun of for praying. I always wondered why another student would disgrace another's practice. In Phenomenology of Prayer, the author talks about those who pray and those who do not. Specifically, not all religious persons pray and not all non religious persons don't pray. More importantly I noticed this during a talk about genuine faith in my youth group. There are those that are of genuine faith and those that only hold a mask over their true feelings. It was my choice on whether I would be one of genuine faith or one who simply put on a mask.
